Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How long does it take to produce and ship my order?

Our production time typically takes 4 - 6 days. After your order is
shipped out, the delivery time ranges from 7 - 12 business days,
depending on the shipping method you selected.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with
the tracking number (when available), allowing you to monitor the
shipment online.
You can also USE THIS PAGE to track your order if you have the
tracking number.

Do you provide international shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping at Teehomie. We can ship products to
over 100 countries.
Please note that the shipping rates and fees may vary based on your
country or region.

Will I know when my order has been dispatched?

Absolutely! We will send out a confirmation email once your order is
shipped. The email will also contain your tracking number when it is
available.

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12-24 hours. Out of the time, we will not be able to cancel/changing your order any more.
